Annual Membership Fee: $150

The membership renewal fee covers membership for the upcoming academic year (September 2026 - June 2027) and maintains continuity of your member status.  You must complete this membership renewal form and submit payment by July 17, 2026 in order to secure your spot as a member. 

 

Important Circle of Scholars Dates:

  • Friday, July 17:  Last day for membership renewal 
  • Monday, July 20: New member enrollment begins
  • End of August: Fall class catalog posted online and mailed to members
  • Wednesday, September 9 at noon: Fall semester class registration opens
  • Monday, September 21: Fall semester classes begin
  • Friday, December 4: Fall semester classes end

By participating in course offerings and events sponsored by Salve Regina University, I understand that I may be joining participants in indoor and outdoor physical activity. I certify that I am capable of participating and hereby waive, release and discharge from any and all liability Salve Regina University. The accident waiver and release of liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. By renewing my membership for 2026-2027, I certify that I have read this waiver, and I fully understand that it is a release of liability.
