Program Details & Requirements
Alumni Eligibility
The program is open exclusively to Salve Regina alumni aged 28 or older. The alumnus/alumna must be present during the rental period and may not rent on behalf of friends or family.
Reconnect with Campus
As part of your stay, please schedule an appointment to reconnect with the Office of Alumni and Family Engagement during your time on campus.
Amenities & Housekeeping
Each unit includes clean linens (beds made upon arrival) and two sets of towels per guest. Daily cleaning services are not provided, and additional towels are not supplied.
Utilities & Connectivity
All units include DIRECTV, Wi-Fi, and free laundry facilities. Rentals are not air-conditioned unless otherwise noted. Guests may bring fans or portable A/C units. All utilities are included.
Kitchen Supplies:
Each unit is equipped with:
- Dishes, mugs, and glasses
- Pots, pans, and utensils
- Silverware and a colander
- Toaster and drip coffee maker
- Trash can
- Renters may bring a microwave, gas or charcoal grill.
- Note: Fire pits, candles, incense, and any open flames are strictly prohibited.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted in any rental unit.
Rental Periods & Pricing
Monthly Rentals: $9,000 per month
Accommodates 4–11 guests, depending on the unit.
Available Dates:
- June 1 – June 30, 2026
- July 1 – July 31, 2026
Check-in: 3:00 p.m. | Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
$50 of each rental fee will be considered a gift to The SALVEfund, which supports our students and areas of greatest need.
Full-Season Rentals For more information regarding full season (May 23 – August 14, 2026) rentals, please contact Lauren Diomandes in the Office of University Events and Conference Services.
