This career fair is the finale of Salve Regina's annual We Mean Business Day conference, which is a dynamic, full-day professional development and networking conference designed to immerse business students in a real-world, industry-focused experience. Modeled after a professional conference, this event prepares students for life beyond the classroom by offering direct insights from top industry leaders, meaningful connections with successful alumni and employers, and access to exciting career opportunities.

Open to the entire university community, but especially tailored for students majoring or minoring in programs within the Department of Business & Economics, this high-impact event features keynote speakers, interactive breakout sessions, panel discussions, a Career & Internship Fair, a professional networking reception, complimentary headshots, free gear, competitions, prizes, and much more. Students will leave this event inspired, better connected, and equipped with tangible next steps toward their professional goals!
